Take Amit \u2014 a founder running a digital agency out of Noida, one of the faces we recognised at Shangri-La. His old instinct was a holiday home in Goa, maybe a plot in Gurgaon. Then came the summer heat, the construction delays, the quarterly tax paperwork. The math stopped working.<\/span><\/p>

In February 2026, the UAE scrapped the rule requiring 50% upfront payment to qualify for the 10-year Golden Visa.
